Formost Fuji Corporation is seeking a qualified Assistant Sales Coordinator. This position interfaces with customers on new machine orders and proposals; develops quotes, preliminary and formal proposals; coordinates and tracks projects ensuring accuracy in each step of the process while at the same time keeping the customer up-to-date on project status; researches various auxiliary equipment requirements and supports the efforts of Regional Sales Managers and Vice President of Sales.
Qualified candidates must be able to provide a high level of customer service with a team-player attitude. Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking skills is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook required. Website maintenance skills would be beneficial. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
A college degree with an engineering emphasis is preferred, but not required. This position offers the potential for growth for the right individual.
