The Sanitary Design Attachless Conveyor, with belts that are easily removed for cleaning and inspection, makes the sanitation process simple and cost-effective. The product is gently carried, not pushed, to the film tube without leaving marks.

Flow wrappers are a great addition to the packaging line. Formost Fuji specializes in custom building our flow wrappers to fit the product or products you are looking to package.
Take the CX II Flow wrapper, for example; by utilizing induction fin seal heaters, the CX II saves energy with faster temperature response and higher accuracy. Operator interaction with the machine is simple and straightforward with an HMI that is designed so that “anyone will find it easy to use”.
JLS Automation will join us with a pick-and-place robot, that feeds product into a Formost Fuji flow pack wrapper to demonstrate the efficiency of robotics and the simplicity of adding automation to the wrapping line. The perfect pairing.
