Formost Fuji Corporation, a leader in the packaging machine industry, is looking for a qualified Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The Technical Documentation Specialist’s primary responsibilities include researching, organizing, writing, editing and illustrating end-user technical manuals plus gathering and organizing all needed documentation for newly manufactured equipment. Other responsibilities include the creation and organization of internal guide notes, technical papers and product overview/data sheets relating to our product lines. This position works directly with several departments within the company including Engineering, Fabrication, Assembly, Sales, and Service.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Self-motivated with an acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in both the design and development of instructional documentation.
- Proficiency in publishing software such as Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in artwork and photo manipulation tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software a plus.
